Rebel Led Training believes all organisations should have the opportunity to increase their knowledge on the impact of belonging as well as be able to better understand the benefits of DEIB. We also understand professional training packages are often beyond the budget of community and non profit organisations. Redbridge Wellness Through Worth offers a bespoke package of free training and support to non profit organisations in Redbridge.

Our offer includes:

  • Face to Face or online training and workshops on topics such as legal obligations, faith sensitivity, cultural awareness, race, gender

  • Support for organisations to ​​connect with community members, service users and minority group employees, to understand their unique experiences.

  • Conducting in-depth assessments identifying areas for potential inequity and highlighting existing successes to explore opportunities for growth

  • Providing ongoing support including follow up visits and further training as required to ensure real change and understanding is occurring

  • Guiding organisations to measure ongoing impact of changes and training by providing evaluation and quality assurance support
